Guests of Filomena have been enjoying our authentically traditional Old World Recipe of our Tira Mi Su for almost 40 years. It is the Tira Mi Su that all others are compared to. A thick velvety cream, flavored in the Italian tradition with Mascarpone and Espresso. This heavenly cream is generously slathered between layers of Espresso-soaked Lady Fingers. Sprinkled with Cocoa Powder.

This 10″ Cake can easily serve 5-8 people

Nonna Approved Ingredients! Eggs, sugar, mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, marsala, rum, vanilla, coffee, gelatin, cream cheese, (Lady fingers-flour, milk proteins, salt, baking powder)……And Love!

Instructions: Our cakes are shipped frozen. We suggest you refrigerate immediately upon arrival allowing cake to reach refrigerated temperature. Serve at almost room temperature for ultimate flavor.
