Filomena’s version of the Italian favorite age old Spumoni Ice Cream. First green pistachio mousse (laden with pistachio nuts) followed by a layer of fresh strawberry mousse, then the center is cannoli cream with chunks of chocolate and red cherries. Beautiful, Colorful, Delicious!

This 8″ Cake can easily serve 5-8 people

Instructions: Our cakes are shipped frozen. We suggest you refrigerate immediately upon arrival allowing cake to reach refrigerated temperature. Serve at almost room temperature for ultimate flavor.
