Do you ship out the online orders daily?
We ship out online orders Monday – Wednesday. The cut off time is 3:00pm. If ordered after 3:00pm, we will ship your order the next day.
How do you package the items?
We ship all items in a 1-inch Styrofoam lined box with 5lbs of bagged dry ice. Please be aware the touching dry ice directly with result in immediate freezer burn. Please handle with care.
Can I use my Filomena Gift Card to make an online pickup order?
If you are using a Gift Card to make any online shipping or curbside pickup order call us directly at 202-338-8806 for assistance.
How do I place a catering order for delivery or pickup?
Do you accommodate food allergies and dietary needs?
We do offer gluten free pasta however due to the fact that we are a high volume restaurant, we cannot 100% guarantee proper accommodations for extreme food allergies/sensitivities.
Do you have a private dining room? Do you accept large group reservations?
We do not have private dining rooms. In the event that you would like to book a reservation larger than 20 guests, please call 202-338-8806 to speak with a manager.
Can I order a whole cake?
Whole cake orders must be ordered through our website and paid in advance. You’ll be able to select your pickup date and time.
Can I bring in my own cake for my reservation and do you have a corkage fee?
Unfortunately, we do not allow outside wines and/or cakes to be brought into the restaurant. We have an extensive, award-winning wine list and in house Bakery to accommodate all of your needs.
Do you have valet or parking spaces?
We do not have onsite parking or valet service. There is a 24 hour parking garage directly across the street. We do not validate tickets.
Can I book a large group reservation for a Christmas party?
During the months of December and May, in order to accommodate as many people as possible, the largest party size we take is 8 or less.
